The Projects Department is responsible for implementing the project specifications. At the heart of the process and crucial to successful engineering of the systems are realistic planning, thorough preparation, and close consultation with the customer. However, the Projects Department is also responsible for complete project support, including supervision of the installer, instruction of the user, and generation of all system documentation and operating instructions.

At delivery, the service period takes effect. It can be extended by means of a service contract if desired. Support is dependent upon the selected response time. Customers can take advantage of our telephone help desk during office hours and our emergency service 24 hours a day. Preventive maintenance is also conducted once a year. Together, these services guarantee that your IOLAN system is kept up to date and remains stable.
